The challenge
Meridian Freight ran dispatch out of a shared spreadsheet and a group chat. Dispatchers had no live view of driver location or load status, double-booked trucks weekly, and spent hours each morning reconciling the previous day's paperwork.

Our approach
We built a custom web platform with live GPS-based driver tracking, automated load-to-truck matching, and a dispatcher console that replaced the spreadsheet outright. Drivers got a lightweight mobile view to update load status from the cab. We migrated three years of historical load data during a two-week parallel-run before cutover.
